Senior Specialist - Talent Business Partner Retail UK

Our Talent (HR) team is expanding with the growth of On, and we are looking for an enthusiastic person to join our growing team. You will have the opportunity to help shape On’s people agenda through collaboration on various people-related topics. This role is suited for someone who strives for efficiency and continuously seeks new and improved ways to deliver people processes for our UK Retail teams.

Your Mission
  1. Build strong, strategic partnerships with the Retail Leadership Team to develop short and long-term strategies, supporting planning, development, and implementation of talent initiatives.
  2. Help shape the organization and culture for future growth, including organizational changes, leadership, and people development, working closely with the Retail Leadership Team to enhance performance and cultivate future leaders.
  3. Act as a true partner by advising managers and team members on people-related matters.
  4. Collaborate with other Talent Functions (Operations, Talent Acquisition) to improve processes, achieve efficiencies, and ensure compliance.
  5. Partner with regional Business Partner counterparts on global talent initiatives and programs.
  6. Lead strategic people topics and programs that reflect and promote the company's values, such as Diversity & Inclusion, Well-being, etc.
Your Profile
  • Experience in an HR Advisory or HR Business Partner role within an international, fast-paced environment, preferably in Retail HR.
  • Knowledge of UK labor legislation and employee relations.
  • Team player with an entrepreneurial mindset who thrives when challenged.
  • Hands-on approach combined with strategic thinking.
  • Exceptional relationship-building and communication skills with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to extract actionable insights from data.
  • Proactive attitude with innovative problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in cross-functional collaboration with a focus on delivering excellent customer service.
