Job summary

BNY is seeking a Senior Specialist to join the CollateralONE team in London. You will help drive global client growth, collaborate with Sales, and structure complex deals for buy-side clients.

You will shape product and technology roadmaps, drive executive communications, and partner with Marketing to craft compelling client messaging, while striving for scalable, automated processes.

Qualifications

• Product knowledge is required and experience in regulated financial services is preferred.
• Strong collaboration with Sales, Relationship Management and Marketing is expected.
• Experience delivering executive-level communications is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support the CollateralONE client execution team to advance global client growth initiatives.
• Collaborate with Sales and Relationship Management to operationalize go-to-market plans and assist in structuring complex deals for buy-side clients.
• Champion client experience at scale: prioritize pain-point remediation and automation investments, standardize global processes, and institutionalize playbooks; ensure feedback informs roadmap and service model changes.
• Collaborate with broader team to shape the Product & Technology roadmap: build business cases grounded in client economics and competitive differentiation, direct competitive intelligence to inform backlog decisions and go forward strategy for extensive growth.
• Partner with Marketing to provide comprehensive and impactful messaging to current and target client base.
• Provide executive-level communications: deliver concise updates to senior leadership on performance, risk, client feedback, roadmap status, and investment needs; prepare board-level or executive readouts with clear decisions, trade-offs, and follow-through actions.

To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:
