Title and Summary

Senior Specialist, AI and Marketing Technologist

The mission of the Global Digital Marketing team is to empower marketing teams around the world with cutting-edge digital marketing solutions and strategic innovation. We provide leading MarTech, create innovative digital platforms, offer activation services, and consult on forward-thinking strategies and ideas. The role of Data Scientist, Global Digital Marketing, is to develop AI-based tools, predictive models, and data-driven strategies for the marketing organization. Reporting into the VP Global Digital Marketing (AI and Data), London-based.

Key responsibilities:

  1. Help Program Manage AI-based solutions to enhance internal process efficiencies and optimize marketing operations.
  2. Simulate data environments and manage data extraction, transformation, and testing processes.
  3. Work to help develop ‘Knowledge bases’ for various AI bots.
  4. Manage the taxonomy development of data pools.
  5. Be responsible for creating trackable KPI frameworks.
  6. Ensure data compliance, scalability, and security in all AI tools and datasets.
  7. Work with Engineers and developers to ensure data and databases can be integrated into an Agentic structure.
  8. Design predictive and prescriptive models to improve marketing strategies, customer segmentation, and campaign optimization.
  9. Conduct statistical analysis and modeling to identify trends for performance optimization and resource allocation.
  10. Collaborate with data engineers to ensure the efficiency and scalability of the data pipeline for AI tool development.

Ideal Candidate:

  1. Strong experience managing knowledge bases and working with AI.
  2. Proven experience managing multiple workstreams and teams within budgets.
  3. Experience with Gen LLM tool platforms and processes – Databricks Mosaic AI, Co-Pilot, OpenAI are nice to haves.
  4. Experience with machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn) and natural language processing.
  5. Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, SQL, or similar.
  6. Experience working in a global role with teams in different locations.
  7. Experience with Agile methodologies.
  8. Experience with Jira is helpful.
  9. Experience in scoping, running Vendor RFPs, and developing SOWs.
  10. Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) is advantageous.
  11. Familiarity with marketing verticals is a bonus.
  12. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
