Job Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Technical Architect, Architectural Technologist, or Façade Specialist to join our Architecture Studio in London. This role is ideal for an experienced professional with deep technical expertise and a passion for delivering excellence in design and construction within a multi-disciplinary environment. You will lead the development and delivery of complex architectural packages, coordinate across disciplines, and ensure high technical standards on site. This is a hands-on, proactive role encouraging innovation and boldness.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead the delivery of technical packages at RIBA Stages 4 and 5.
2. Provide expert-level Revit modeling and technical detailing in 2D and 3D.
3. Develop and coordinate architecture specifications in line with British Standards.
4. Manage constructability and technical resolution on live projects.
5. Collaborate with contractors, subcontractors, and consultants to ensure practical design solutions.
6. Coordinate work packages across disciplines, maintaining quality and design intent.
7. Mentor junior team members and promote knowledge sharing.

About You

• Significant industry experience.
• Registered Architect, Architectural Technologist, Façade Architect, or Façade Engineer.
• Proven project leadership from design to delivery.
• Deep knowledge of BS standards, building regulations, and detailing best practices.
• Strong leadership, coordination, and communication skills.
• Proactive, energetic, and solution-oriented mindset.

Qualifications

• Expert in Revit.
• Expert in technical detailing (2D and 3D).
• Extensive experience at RIBA Stages 4 and 5.
