The role…

We have an excellent opportunity for a Spa Supervisor who is passionate about delivering exceptional service and wishes to develop their career within a progressive company. A treatment qualification is preferred.

As a Spa Supervisor, you will assist the Spa Manager in overseeing our spa and leisure guests, leading and motivating the team to ensure consistent customer service. You will perform duty manager responsibilities within the spa and may be involved in a variety of treatments, including massage. You should be knowledgeable, friendly, and committed to making every guest's visit memorable. You will consult with clients to understand their needs and deliver high-quality treatments. Additionally, you will support your manager in maximizing revenue through diary management and proactive selling of spa services.
