Role Overview

As a Senior Spa Therapist, you will be passionate, friendly, and committed to delivering first-class service. You will provide high standards of therapeutic, holistic, and wellbeing treatments, with confidence in facials, massages, and nail treatments.

Driven by a passion for wellbeing, your goal will be to exceed guest expectations. Our facilities are state-of-the-art, located within modern and stylish resorts and hotels.

Responsibilities

• Follow Champneys protocols and training to ensure excellent client care and memorable treatment experiences.
• Manage your work area, ensure equipment is operational and clean, and report defects to maintenance via the duty manager.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations, use safe work practices, and attend relevant training courses for your grade.
• Stay updated on product ranges and new treatments, and provide professional advice through talks, demonstrations, and promotional events.
• Maximize revenue opportunities and seek support or training as needed.
