About The Role

As a freelance therapist certified in The AXO Method, you’ll deliver our award-winning treatment—a blend of osteopathic-inspired scooping, lymphatic drainage, and myofascial stretching—designed to improve posture, reduce inflammation, and restore energy flow. You’ll work in luxury spas, exclusive retreats, or private sessions depending on your availability and aspirations.

You’ll begin with our structured training programme (online and in-person options available), equipping you to confidently deliver treatments and build your professional presence within a growing community.

• You deliver impactful, client-centred sessions using The AXO Method with consistency and adaptability.
• You integrate client feedback to continuously improve your technique and outcomes.
• You embody professionalism and empathy in every interaction, becoming a trusted wellness expert.
• You grow your client base or collaborate with spas and retreats, supported by our team.
• You actively contribute to a wellness movement that blends evidence-based practice with holistic care.

Responsibilities

• Perform therapeutic sessions in line with The AXO Method protocol, while adapting to individual client needs
• Maintain professional standards in hygiene, client confidentiality, and ethics
• Record session feedback and contribute to ongoing evaluation of the client’s well-being progress
• Collaborate with our operations and training team to ensure consistency across service locations
• Represent The AXO Method with integrity in all professional engagements

Qualifications

• Recently graduated (or within 3 years) from a recognised programme in physiotherapy, osteopathy, or similar manual therapy disciplines
• Strong understanding of anatomy, physiology, and manual techniques
• Confident applying deep tissue pressure safely and effectively
• Quick learner, open-minded, and able to integrate structured methods with personalised care
• Fluent in either English or French (both is a plus)
• Previous massage, spa, or sports recovery experience is a plus but not required
