Job summary

Lush Spa Covent Garden is seeking a dynamic Senior Spa Therapist to join our store leadership. You will support the Store & Spa Manager in daily spa operations, lead by example, and ensure every client enjoys a five-star experience while driving occupancy, sales and team development.

You will supervise therapists and receptionists, coordinate training, and act as an ambassador for the Lush brand and ethics across the spa and shop floor.

Qualifications

• 2 years proven experience in luxury spa settings or equivalent.
• NVQ Level 3 Beauty Therapy or equivalent in Holistic Therapy.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

As a Senior Spa Therapist, you will support the Store & Spa Manager in delivering the vision and daily operations of the spa. You will lead by example, ensuring every client receives a 5-star experience while driving occupancy, sales, and team development.

You will be responsible for supervising therapists and receptionists, ensuring all Lush treatments are consistently available, and coordinating training to meet business demands. You will act as a brand ambassador, embodying Lush’s ethical values and commitment to outstanding customer experience.

As a key member of our spa management team, you will lead an exceptional group of talented and experienced Spa Therapists. This unique opportunity will see you focus on the daily spa and people management operations, while consistently delivering five-star client experiences.

We’re looking for a Senior Therapist who understands that people are at the heart of what we do, ensuring our space is a nurturing place for our clients and team.

Skills & Experience

• 2 years proven experience working within the spa industry and delivering exceptional luxury Spa treatments (at Lush or outside of Lush).
• NVQ Level 3 qualification in Beauty Therapy or equivalent in Holistic Therapy, which includes full-body massage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
• Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
• Passionate about delivering excellent customer service and treatments.
• Passionate about representing the LUSH brand, ethics, experiences and products both on the shop floor and in the spa.
• Passionate about educating and empowering others through training
• Experience in people management and delivering training sessions is desirable but not essential.
