Job summary

LUSH Spa in London seeks a Massage Therapist for Covent Garden. This flexible role is based in London and involves delivering immersive spa treatments to high standards and ensuring a calm guest journey.

Ideal candidates hold an NVQ Level 3 in Beauty Therapy or Holistic Therapy with full-body massage and have practical massage/facial experience, delivering excellent customer service while representing the LUSH brand on the shop floor and in the Spa.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 in Beauty Therapy or Holistic Therapy including full-body massage is required.
• Practical work experience in a similar role performing body massages and facials.
• Passion for delivering excellent customer service and treatments.
• Passion for representing the LUSH brand, ethics and products on the shop floor and in the Spa.

• Lush Spa Covent Garden: Nestled in the historic heart of London’s theatre district, this spa is a cozy escape from the bustling market outside. It’s a space filled with character and charm, where the energy of the West End meets the soothing atmosphere of a traditional English spa.


• Lush Spa Oxford Street: Located within our massive anchor store, this is the ultimate hub of innovation. As one of the largest stores in the world, it’s a high-energy environment that attracts visitors from across the globe. This spa offers a peaceful retreat, offering a moment of quiet bliss just steps away from the bustling London streets.

Good to know

Start date & Onboarding

The successful candidate will complete 2-3 weeks onboarding at their assigned location. The onboarding period will allow them to learn about the brand, meet their colleagues, and begin training.

Treatment Training

Upon completion of the onboarding period, you will attend a 6-week training course at the Lush Spa Training Center in Poole, Dorset. This training period will run Monday through Friday and you will learn our core treatments.

Travel expenses to and from Poole will be covered by LUSH. Additionally, accommodations in Poole will be provided for the duration of your stay.

Training dates will be discussed during the interview.

• Passionate about representing the LUSH brand, ethics and products both on the shop floor and in the Spa.
