About the job

Based at the Mandarin Oriental Mayfair within the Spa & Wellness Department in London, the Senior Spa Concierge is responsible for ensuring that all operational procedures, codes of conduct, and standards of appearance, established by the Director of Spa & Wellness, are adhered to by all staff. The Senior Spa Concierge reports to the Assistant Director of Spa & Wellness.

As Senior Spa Concierge, you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Support the company’s philosophy and culture through the use of Departmental Legendary Quality Experiences (LQE’S) and Company’s Pillars, on a daily basis to ensure guest satisfaction and the achievement of our mission statement.
• Support the company’s philosophy and culture through the use of Guiding Principles and D.E.L.I.G.H.T. as part of ensuring guest satisfaction and the achievement of our mission statement.
• Perform as a professional, with a friendly business attitude and conduct all duties and responsibilities as required by the position or assigned by the Spa Manager.

As Senior Spa Concierge, we expect from you:

• To work on a rotating shift basis, Monday to Sunday, 40 hours a week. Shift patterns will vary from morning, middle, and evening shifts (including weekends and bank holidays), so flexibility is required where applicable.
