Grant Thornton UK is seeking an experienced SPA Advisory professional to join our market-leading team in Southampton. You will advise on completions, net debt, and price adjustments for acquisitions and disposals across corporates and private equity clients.

You will lead client relationships at senior levels, oversee engagement letters, and guide junior team members while driving business development and delivering robust financial analysis throughout the deal lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Experience in transactions or SPA advisory.
• Ability to manage client relationships at board level.
• Strong financial modelling and analysis skills.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of client relationships at board level.
• Oversee and manage engagement letters and deliverables.
• Lead on completion mechanics, net debt and price adjustments.
• Review final drafts and manage junior team members.
• Lead presentations of conclusions and recommendations to clients.
