Working pattern runs 40 weeks per year with alternating terms and shifts. Applicants must have Sous Chef experience, meals prepared to high standards, and solid knowledge of food safety and allergens.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Sous Chef or Senior Sous Chef.
• Strong leadership and teamworking skills.
• Passion for fresh, well-presented food.
• Knowledge of food safety, allergens, and hygiene standards.
• Ability to work in a busy catering environment.
