What You Will Do:

• Ensure an excellent guest experience by maintaining high standards in food preparation and team development.
• Maintain spotless food, health, and safety standards, and understand financial performance including gross profit, stock control, and labor costs.
• Build a coaching culture within your team, working with the Head Chef on recruitment and ongoing development.
• Be a proactive problem solver, able to make quick decisions and think on your feet.
