The role |
As a senior sous chef, you’ll be an inspirational leader, creating a positive environment for your team and guests. You will support continuous coaching and development of your team to excel while driving restaurant performance and delivering excellent results.

- Are dedicated to ensuring an excellent guest experience, ensuring every dish meets high standards, either through your efforts or by empowering your team.
- Are experienced in maintaining spotless food, health, and safety standards, understanding the financial performance including gross profit, stock control, and labor costs, and proactively identifying opportunities.
- Are focused on building a coaching culture, working with your head chef to recruit and develop your team, fostering personal and professional growth.
- Are a forward-thinking problem solver, able to think quickly and make decisions on the spot.

- A head chef or senior sous chef with experience leading a kitchen team, driving performance through positive actions in a fast-paced environment.
- A strong communicator who engages in genuine conversations, ensuring your team feels supported and valued.
- Experienced in maintaining high standards of food, health, and safety.
- Knowledgeable about kitchen financials, including gross profit and stock control.
- Capable of managing labor costs effectively, adapting to changing demands.
- Someone who leads by inspiring and engaging their team for growth and success.
- Passionate about creating an inclusive environment where everyone feels respected and they belong.
- A forward-thinking problem solver, able to make quick decisions.
