Smyth Companies, LLC's luxury London dining destination in Mayfair is seeking a Senior Sous Chef to lead the kitchen alongside the Head Chef. You will manage sections, mentor staff, control costs, develop menus, and uphold HACCP standards in a high-volume setting.

Ideal candidates have proven leadership in premium restaurants, strong knowledge of Latin American or Mediterranean cuisine, and a calm, detail-oriented approach under pressure. Evening/weekend work is expected.
