Qualifications

• Experience in running a busy kitchen and managing sections.

Responsibilities

• Assist Head Chef in planning and food preparation for service.
• Supervise section teams, ensuring efficiency and high standards.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene and health regulations.
• Monitor food quality, portion control and presentation consistency.
