Job summary

Old Bicycle Shop in Cambridge, part of Young's Pubs, is seeking a skilled Sous Chef to join our lively kitchen team. You will lead day-to-day kitchen operations, craft menus with the Head Chef and mentor junior staff, while delivering high standards of food quality and service.

Qualifications

• Experience championing excellent service through quality food.
• Ability to lead and develop a kitchen team.
• Hands-on chef with strong communication skills.
• Able to manage rota, training and health & safety.
• Creative input to design and deliver new dishes for menus and daily specials.
• Strong planning to control GP and labour.
• Pro-active in driving sales through kitchen and FOH collaboration.

Responsibilities
