Job summary

The Old Bicycle Shop in Cambridge is seeking a capable Sous Chef to join a vibrant kitchen team. You will lead hands-on food preparation, help design dishes, and work closely with the Head Chef to deliver quality, fresh food in a welcoming environment.

You will manage the kitchen rota, oversee training and health and safety, develop menus and daily specials, and drive sales through great teamwork and guest experience.

Qualifications

• Experience championing excellent service through quality food.
• Proven ability to lead and develop a kitchen team.
• Hands-on chef with strong communication skills.
• Ability to plan and organise rota, training and health & safety.
• Creativity to design and deliver new dishes and daily specials.
