Aimbridge Hospitality is seeking a dedicated Sous Chef to join our kitchen team. You will prepare, cook and present dishes within your specialty and help develop new menus alongside the sous and head chef.

You will train junior staff, uphold food hygiene standards and health and safety regulations, while monitoring portions and waste to protect margins. We offer industry-leading benefits, live-in accommodation, staff meals on duty and above minimum wage starting salary.
