Acorn Pubs in Ascot is seeking a Senior Sous Chef to lead the kitchen alongside the Head Chef, ensuring superb dining experiences and clear leadership in a busy gastro-pub setting. You will drive menus, uphold food quality, and inspire a motivated team across shifts.

We offer a base salary up to £38k with tronc, opportunities to earn a £2k management bonus, and live-in housing. Visa sponsorship may be available for the right candidate, plus generous staff perks and pension.

Qualifications

• Experience in catering and hospitality in a restaurant, gastro pub or hotel at junior sous, sous or kitchen manager level is essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead kitchen operations and collaborate with Head Chef.
• Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation and service.
• Drive the food culture and engage with the team and customers with new dishes.
