Chop Grill & Bar in the United Kingdom is seeking a talented, driven leader to help run our culinary operations. You will mentor and develop leaders and team members, foster a positive atmosphere, and support profitability while delivering memorable guest experiences.

Working with the Chef, you will oversee shifts, ensure quality and consistency, participate in hiring and training, and help our rapidly expanding group open new restaurants across the UK and Ireland.

Qualifications

• Previous leadership experience in a full-service restaurant or bar.
• Proven leadership skills: motivate others to perform at their best.
• Energetic and positive demeanor.
• Excellent culinary production skills.

Responsibilities

• Executing menu items according to company specifications in both prep and line areas.
• Direct culinary operations on a shift basis under the guidance of the Chef to ensure a clean, organized, and successful kitchen with a focus on fresh ingredients and quality control.
• Managing sales and profit budgets.
• Consistent attention to developing others.
• Being part of hiring process, including training, scheduling for multiple positions.
