Responsibilities
- Champions excellent service through quality food.
- Leads and develops a kitchen team.
- Hands-on chef with strong communication skills.
- Manages kitchen staff rota, training and health and safety.
- Designs and delivers new dishes with the Head Chef.
- Maintains GP and labour controls through planning and organisation.
- Drives sales growth through engagement with kitchen and front-of-house teams.
