You will deputise for the Head Chef, lead the brigade, drive standards, and build a strong team from day one. The package goes up to £47,000 with tronc and bonus, plus staff benefits and career progression opportunities.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as Senior Sous Chef or strong Sous Chef ready for senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead the brigade and deputise for Head Chef.
• Drive food quality, standards and presentation.
• Own service, kitchen organisation and cost control.
• Support training and development of the team.
