The role |

As a senior sous chef, you’ll be an inspirational leader, creating a positive environment for your team and guests. You will support continuous coaching and development of your team to excel while driving restaurant performance and delivering excellent results.

• Are dedicated to ensuring an excellent guest experience, ensuring every dish meets high standards through your efforts or by empowering your team.
• Have experience maintaining impeccable food, health, and safety standards, and understanding financial aspects like gross profit, stock control, and labor costs, proactively spotting opportunities.
• Are committed to building a coaching culture, working with your head chef on recruitment and ongoing development, fostering personal and professional growth.
• Are a forward-thinking problem solver, quick to think on your feet and make decisions.
