The role:

As a Senior Sous Chef, you will be an inspirational leader, creating a positive environment for your team and guests. You will support and coach your team to excel, drive restaurant performance, and deliver exceptional results.

What we look for:

• Experience leading a kitchen team, driving performance in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication skills, capable of having caring and constructive conversations
• Proven ability to maintain high standards of food, health, and safety
• Understanding of kitchen financials, including gross profit, stock control, and labour costs
• Experience in building a coaching culture and developing team members
• Problem-solving skills with the ability to make quick decisions
