The role |

As a Senior Sous Chef, you will be an inspiring leader, fostering a positive environment for your team and guests. You will support coaching and developing your team to excel while driving restaurant performance and delivering outstanding results.

What you will do |

  • Create a caring and inclusive environment where your team feels valued and supported, promoting a coaching culture within management.
  • Ensure an exceptional guest experience by maintaining high standards in dish preparation and team skill development.
  • Maintain impeccable food, health, and safety standards; understand financial metrics like gross profit, stock control, and labor costs; identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Build and nurture a strong team through recruitment and ongoing development, fostering personal and professional growth.
  • Be a proactive problem solver, making quick and effective decisions.

What we look for |

  • Experience leading a kitchen team as a Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef, driving performance in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills, capable of meaningful conversations that support and motivate your team.
  • Proven ability to uphold high standards in food safety and hygiene.
  • Financial acumen regarding kitchen performance, including GP and stock management.
  • Ability to manage labor costs and adapt to changing demands.
