The role:

As a senior sous chef, you will be an inspirational leader, creating a positive environment for your team and guests. You will support continuous coaching and development of your team to excel while driving restaurant performance and delivering exceptional results.

Responsibilities include:

  • Creating a caring, supportive environment where your team feels valued and celebrated. Prioritizing talent development and role modeling a coaching culture.
  • Ensuring an excellent guest experience by maintaining high standards in dish preparation and team skills.
  • Maintaining impeccable food, health, and safety standards; understanding financial performance including gross profit, stock control, and labor costs.
  • Building a coaching culture, working with your head chef on recruitment and ongoing development, fostering personal and professional growth.
  • Being a proactive problem solver, able to make quick, effective decisions.
