The role |

As a senior sous chef, you will be an inspirational leader, fostering a positive environment for your team and guests. You will support continuous coaching and development of your team, drive restaurant performance, and ensure excellent results.

What you will do |

• Create a positive environment where your team feels cared for and listened to, celebrating successes. Prioritize nurturing and developing talent, role modeling a coaching culture.
• Ensure an exceptional guest experience by maintaining high standards in dish preparation and equipping your team with necessary skills and mindset.
• Maintain spotless food, health, and safety standards, understand financial performance including gross profit, stock control, and labor costs, and proactively spot opportunities.
• Build a coaching culture, working with your head chef on recruitment and ongoing development, and foster personal and professional growth within your team.
• Think proactively and make quick decisions as a forward-thinking problem solver.
