The role |

As a Senior Sous Chef, you will be an inspirational leader, creating a positive environment for your team and guests. You will support in coaching and developing your team to reach their potential while driving restaurant performance and achieving excellent results.

Responsibilities include |

  • Creating a caring and supportive environment, celebrating successes, and nurturing talent within your team.
  • Ensuring an exceptional guest experience by maintaining high standards in food preparation and safety.
  • Managing food, health, and safety standards, understanding financial performance including gross profit, stock control, and labour costs.
  • Building a coaching culture and supporting personal and professional growth within your team.
  • Problem-solving quickly and effectively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Experience leading a kitchen team as a Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef, with a focus on performance and positive leadership.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to have genuine conversations and support your team.
  • Experience maintaining high standards in food safety and hygiene.
  • Understanding of financial aspects like gross profit and stock control.
  • Ability to manage labour costs and adapt to changing demands.
