Senior Sous Chef | Full Time

The Role:

As a Senior Sous Chef, you will be an inspirational leader, creating a positive environment for your team and guests. You will support in coaching and developing your team to excel while driving restaurant performance and achieving excellent results.

What You Bring:

  • Focus on creating a positive environment where your team feels cared for and listened to, celebrating successes and nurturing talent.
  • Dedication to ensuring an exceptional guest experience, with dishes prepared to high standards and your team equipped with necessary skills.
  • Experience in maintaining food, health, and safety standards, and understanding financial performance including gross profit, stock control, and labor costs.
  • Commitment to building a coaching culture and fostering personal and professional growth within your team.
  • Ability to think quickly and solve problems proactively.
