As a senior sous chef, you’ll be an inspirational leader, creating a positive environment for your team and guests. You will support continuous coaching and development of your team to excel while driving restaurant performance and delivering excellent results.

- Have experience maintaining impeccable food, health, and safety standards, and understand the financial performance of a kitchen, including gross profit, stock control, and labor costs, proactively spotting opportunities.
- Are committed to fostering personal and professional growth within your team, working with your head chef to build a strong, motivated team from recruitment onward.
- Are a forward-thinking problem solver, able to think on your feet and make quick decisions.

- Experience leading a kitchen team as a head chef or senior sous chef, driving performance through positive actions in a fast-paced, complex environment.
- Strong communication skills with genuine conversations that ensure your team feels heard and supported.
- Proven experience in maintaining high standards of food, health, and safety.
- Understanding of kitchen financials, including gross profit and stock control.
- Experience managing labor costs and adapting to changing demands.
- Leadership qualities that inspire and engage teams to flourish in their roles and careers.
- A passion for creating an inclusive environment where everyone feels respected and they belong.
- A forward-thinking problem solver, quick to adapt and make decisions.
