As a senior sous chef, you’ll be an inspirational leader, creating a positive environment for your team and guests. You will support continuous coaching and development of your team to excel while driving restaurant performance and delivering excellent results.

  • Have experience maintaining impeccable food, health, and safety standards, and understand the financial performance of a kitchen, including gross profit, stock control, and labor costs, proactively spotting opportunities.
  • Are committed to fostering personal and professional growth within your team, working with your head chef to build a strong, motivated team from recruitment onward.
  • Are a forward-thinking problem solver, able to think on your feet and make quick decisions.
