The role |

As a senior sous chef, you will be an inspiring leader, fostering a positive environment for your team and guests. You will support ongoing coaching and development, drive restaurant performance, and ensure excellent results.

Responsibilities include |

• Creating a caring and supportive environment, celebrating successes, and nurturing talent within your team.
• Ensuring an exceptional guest experience by maintaining high standards in dish preparation and team training.
• Maintaining spotless food, health, and safety standards, and understanding financial aspects such as gross profit, stock control, and labor costs.
• Building a coaching culture within your team, working closely with the head chef on recruitment and development.
• Problem-solving quickly and effectively in a fast-paced environment.
