The role |

As a Senior Sous Chef, you will be an inspiring leader, fostering a positive environment for your team and guests. You will support continuous coaching and development to help your team excel, while driving restaurant performance and achieving excellent results.

Key responsibilities include |

• Creating a caring and supportive environment, celebrating successes, nurturing talent, and role modeling a coaching culture.
• Ensuring an exceptional guest experience by maintaining high standards in dish preparation and team skills development.
• Maintaining impeccable food, health, and safety standards; understanding financial aspects such as gross profit, stock control, and labor costs; proactively spotting opportunities for improvement.
• Building a coaching culture within your team, working closely with the Head Chef on recruitment and ongoing development, and fostering personal and professional growth.
• Being a proactive problem solver, capable of quick decision-making in a fast-paced environment.
