The role |

As a Senior Sous Chef, you will be an inspiring leader, fostering a positive environment for your team and guests. You will support continuous coaching and development of your team, driving restaurant performance and delivering exceptional results.

We are looking for someone who:

• Creates a caring and supportive environment, celebrating successes and nurturing talent, role modeling a coaching culture.
• Ensures an excellent guest experience by maintaining high standards in dish preparation and team skills.
• Maintains high standards of food safety, health, and safety, and understands financial aspects like gross profit, stock control, and labor costs.
• Builds a coaching culture, working with the Head Chef to recruit and develop the team, fostering personal and professional growth.
• Is a proactive problem solver, able to make quick decisions.

• Experience leading a kitchen team as a Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef in a fast-paced environment.
