This role requires a hands‑on leader who thrives under pressure, maintains high standards, and communicates clearly with FOH/BOH to ensure memorable dining moments for guests and teammates alike.

Qualifications

• Current right to work in the United Kingdom.
• Preferred 3-4 years’ experience in a restaurant or 5* hotel.

Responsibilities

• Train, train, train! Build and monitor a consistent training program for the kitchen team.
• Monitor flow of information from superiors and hotel/culinary teams, distributing to the team.
• Detail and confirm guest profiles and relay to FOH and BOH; handle guest issues with confidence to achieve positive results.
• Keep the team energized, focused, and moving in the right direction every day.
• Adapt to business needs to avoid compromising guest experience in busy periods.
• Provide flawless, upscale guest service and act as a kitchen expert.
• Support the Executive Chef in managing daily kitchen operations and enforcing standards.
