Job summary

Flexible Workforce Solutions Ltd in Edinburgh is seeking a Senior Sous Chef to join a busy, high-quality kitchen. You will support the Head Chef, lead the brigade, and ensure consistently excellent food with fresh ingredients and seasonal menus in a fast-paced, professional environment.

You will inspire and train junior chefs, manage stock and food costs, and contribute to menu development while upholding food safety and presentation standards.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Sous Chef or strong Junior Sous Chef ready to step up.
• Passion for fresh, seasonal cooking.

We're recruiting on behalf of one of Edinburgh's most respected hospitality groups for an experienced and passionate Senior Sous Chef to join a busy, high-quality kitchen operation. This is an excellent opportunity for a chef who enjoys working with fresh ingredients, seasonal menus and a talented team in a fast-paced, professional environment. You'll play a key role in the day-to-day running of the kitchen, supporting the Head Chef in delivering consistently exceptional food while helping to motivate and develop the brigade.
