Senior Sous Chef | Glasgow Central Area | Full Time

The Role |

As a Senior Sous Chef, you will be an inspiring leader, fostering a positive environment for your team and guests. You will support coaching and developing your team to excel while driving restaurant performance and delivering outstanding results.

What You Need To Do |

  • Create a positive environment where your team feels cared for and valued, celebrating successes and nurturing talent.
  • Ensure an excellent guest experience by maintaining high standards in dish preparation and team skills.
  • Maintain impeccable food, health, and safety standards; understand financial aspects like gross profit, stock control, and labor costs.
  • Foster a coaching culture, working with your Head Chef to build a strong, developing team.
  • Be a proactive problem solver, capable of quick decision-making.
