What You Need to Do:

• Create a positive environment where your team feels cared for and listened to, celebrating successes. Prioritize nurturing and developing talent, role-modeling a coaching culture within the management team.
• Ensure an excellent guest experience by maintaining high standards for food preparation, whether through your own efforts or by empowering your team with the necessary skills and mindset.
• Maintain spotless food, health, and safety standards in your kitchen. Understand the financial aspects of a kitchen, including gross profit, stock control, and labor costs, and proactively identify opportunities for improvement.
• Build a coaching culture within your team, working with your Head Chef to recruit and develop staff, fostering personal and professional growth.
• Be a forward-thinking problem solver, able to make quick decisions and adapt to changing circumstances.

• Experience leading a kitchen team as a Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef, driving performance through positive behavior in a fast-paced environment.
