As a Senior Sous Chef, you will be a leader who fosters a positive environment for your team and guests. You will support continuous coaching and development of your team, driving restaurant performance and achieving excellent results.

• Focus on creating a caring, listening environment that celebrates successes and nurtures talent, role modeling a coaching culture.
• Ensure an exceptional guest experience by maintaining high standards in dish preparation and team skills.
• Maintain spotless food, health, and safety standards, and understand financial aspects like gross profit, stock control, and labor costs.
• Build a coaching culture, working with your Head Chef to recruit and develop your team, fostering personal and professional growth.
• Be a proactive problem solver, making quick, effective decisions.
