Senior Sous Chef | Full Time

The Role:

As a Senior Sous Chef, you will be an inspiring leader, fostering a positive environment for your team and guests. You will support continuous coaching and development of your team, drive restaurant performance, and ensure excellent results.

What You Bring:

  • Ability to create a caring and supportive environment, nurturing talent and role modeling coaching culture.
  • Commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences and maintaining high standards in food preparation.
  • Experience ensuring kitchen standards in food safety, health, and safety, and understanding financial aspects like gross profit, stock control, and labor costs.
  • Focus on building a coaching culture, recruitment, and ongoing development within your team.
  • Problem-solving skills with the ability to make quick decisions.

What We Look For:

  • Experience leading a kitchen team as a Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills, with genuine conversations that support and support your team.
  • Proven experience in maintaining high standards in food safety and health standards.
  • Financial acumen related to kitchen performance, GP, stock control, and labor management.
  • Leadership qualities that inspire and engage teams to flourish.
