The role |

As a senior sous chef, you will be a leader who inspires your team and creates a positive environment for both colleagues and guests. You will support ongoing coaching and development of your team, drive restaurant performance, and ensure excellent results.

What you will do |

• Foster a positive environment where your team feels cared for and appreciated, celebrating successes and nurturing talent.
• Ensure an exceptional guest experience by maintaining high standards in food preparation and service, and equipping your team with necessary skills.
• Maintain impeccable food safety and hygiene standards, and understand financial aspects such as gross profit, stock control, and labor costs.
• Build a coaching culture within your team, working closely with the head chef on recruitment and ongoing development.
• Think proactively to solve problems and make quick, effective decisions.
