The Inn Collection Group is recruiting a Sous Chef for The Wateredge Inn in Ambleside, a lakeside setting renowned for its views and hospitality. You will work closely with the Head Chef to deliver excellent, fresh dishes and maintain high culinary standards in a fast-paced environment.

In this role you will manage a kitchen team, contribute to menu creation and costing, control stock, and ensure cleanliness and compliance.
