Qualifications

• Experience leading high-volume, quality-focused kitchens.
• Proven ability to train and develop kitchen staff.
• Strong understanding of food safety and hygiene standards.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver seasonal pub menus with quality and volume in mind.
• Ensure compliance with Food Safety Management System.
• Collaborate with Front of House to ensure seamless guest experiences.
• Lead recruitment and onboarding in collaboration with People Team.
• Manage departmental P&L, labour costs, and profitability.
• Oversee inventory, procurement, and cost-control strategies.
