Job summary

The Rowbarge in Woolhampton, part of Brunning and Price Pubs Ltd, is seeking a Senior Sous Chef to partner with the Head Chef and lead the kitchen team. You’ll drive the food culture, deliver exciting new dishes and ensure outstanding service for diners across the pub group.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in catering and hospitality in a restaurant, gastro pub or hotel at senior sous, sous or kitchen manager level is essential.
• Working alongside the Head Chef you’ll be responsible for running the kitchen and driving the food culture.
• You’ll keep your team and our customers engaged with exciting new dishes.

About You...

Previous experience in catering and hospitality in a restaurant, gastro pub or hotel at senior sous, sous or kitchen manager level is essential, as well as a positive attitude.
