Job summary

Brunning and Price Pubs Ltd in the Bodfari area is hiring a Sous Chef to fast track their career, with the Dinorben Arms as the training ground. You’ll work alongside the Head Chef to run the kitchen, shape the menu and lead a passionate team, delivering excellent guest experiences.

This role offers a basic salary up to £35,000 with tronc, paid overtime, great tips, and a £1,500 OTE bonus. It also includes meals on shift, staff discounts, pension, life assurance, cycle to work and more.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in catering and hospitality at junior sous, sous or kitchen manager level is essential.
• Positive attitude and willingness to grow within the Brunning and Price family.

Responsibilities

• Run the kitchen alongside Head Chef to drive food culture and menus.
• Lead and train the kitchen team to deliver high-quality dishes.
• Engage with customers and ensure excellent service.

About You

Previous experience in catering and hospitality in a restaurant, gastro pub or hotel at junior sous, sous or kitchen manager level is essential, as well as a positive attitude. Working alongside the Head Chef you’ll be responsible for running the kitchen, driving the food culture and keeping your team and our customers engaged with exciting new dishes.
