Parogon is seeking a Senior Sous Chef to join our kitchen leadership. You will help deliver outstanding dishes, manage daily operations, and inspire your team to perform at their best.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience as a senior sous chef or higher in hospitality.
• Proven leadership and ability to mentor and develop a kitchen team.
• Strong culinary skills with focus on quality, consistency and menu development.

Responsibilities

• Lead kitchen operations and staff during service.
• Ensure food quality, portion control and food safety standards.
• Develop and mentor junior chefs and kitchen staff.
• Collaborate with Head Chef and GM to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

• Up to £15 per hour (Approx. £2,900 every 4-weeks or £37,400 pa)
• Super achievable bonus up to 10% of your basic (Approx. £3,740 pa)
• Shared Service charge (Avg. £8,700 pa)
• Total Potential Package = £49,8400 per year

As a vital piece in our kitchen's leadership team, you'll work closely with your Head Chef and General Manager to create fantastic food while developing and inspiring your team to be their best selves!
