The Parogon Group is seeking a dedicated Senior Sous Chef to join our team and help lead our kitchens to deliver outstanding food and service. You will work closely with the Head Chef and General Manager to drive culinary excellence, manage daily kitchen operations, and develop a talented team across multiple venues.

• Experience in a leadership role within a kitchen.
• Proven ability to develop and inspire restaurant teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead kitchen operations in collaboration with Head Chef and General Manager.
• Develop and mentor kitchen staff to deliver high-quality dishes and service.

Here's what we offer:

• Up to £15 per hour (Approx. £2,900 every 4-weeks or £37,400 pa)
• Super achievable bonus up to 10% of your basic (Approx. £3,740 pa)
• Total Potential Package = £49,8400 per year

As a vital piece in our kitchen's leadership team, you'll work closely with your Head Chef and General Manager to create fantastic food while developing and inspiring your team to be their best selves!
