Job summary

Parogon Group is seeking a Chef of all levels to join our kitchen leadership. You will work closely with the Head Chef and General Manager to create fantastic food while developing and inspiring your team to be their best selves.

We offer up to £15 per hour, plus a 10% bonus of base pay and a share of service charge, with a strong path for growth within our community-focused Restaurant Group. You’ll join kitchens that value diversity and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a kitchen team and collaborating with Head Chef.

Responsibilities

• Lead kitchen operations with Head Chef and GM.
• Develop and inspire the kitchen team to deliver high-quality dishes.

• Up to £15 per hour (Approx. £2,900 every 4-weeks or £37,400 pa)
• Super achievable bonus up to 10% of your basic (Approx. £3,740 pa)
• Shared Service charge (Avg. £8,700 pa)
• Total Potential Package = £49,8400 per year
