The Orange Tree Congleton is seeking a Senior Sous Chef to join our kitchen leadership, partnering with the Head Chef and General Manager to create fantastic food while developing and inspiring the team.

We offer a competitive package with up to £15 per hour, a bonus up to 10% of basic pay, and a share of service charges, aiming for a total package around £50k depending on bonuses and tips.

• Up to £15 per hour (Approx. £2,900 every 4-weeks or £37,400 pa)
• Super achievable bonus up to 10% of your basic (Approx. £3,740 pa)
• Shared Service charge (Avg. £8,700 pa)
• Total Potential Package = £49,8400 per year
