wagamama is seeking a senior sous chef to lead the pass, drive a fast-paced kitchen, and mentor the team. This full-time role offers £16.29 per hour plus tips and an annual bonus potential up to £3,000, with responsibilities that include sustaining high food quality and energetic service.

You will be at the heart of a busy kitchen, ensuring consistent standards while guiding junior chefs and maintaining a positive team environment.
